Mark Ruby was excellent to work with. He was our real estate agent for selling our previous home and purchasing our current home. Mark Ruby was absolutely wonderful. As first time home buyers new to the area (without friends/family in the area to help out), my husband and I relied on Mark for accurate insight into neighborhoods, location, and guidance throughout the entire process. He helped us through each and every step. Although the process was quite long for us, Mark was very patient and never gave up hope that we would find the perfect home for us. Mark is genuine and kind and was always very responsive to calls and e-mails. Buying a home (especially the first one!) is very stressful, but Mark made the process as smooth as it possible could be. When the time comes for us to sell and relocate for an upgrade, I know who I will be calling!
